Common questions
Can you do concrete works only?
Yes. Many clients bring us in for a specific concrete or masonry scope even when another party is doing the rest.
Is there a minimum contract value?
Yes. The minimum renovation contract is RM25,000 for high-rise units and RM60,000 for landed properties.
How long will my project take?
Estimated 30–90 working days, depending on scope. Work starts only after all of the following: the first payment (50%) is received, keys and access cards are collected, the renovation permit is approved, any major defects that block work are cleared, and required authority approvals are obtained.
