Yes. Our office is at 3-02, Garden Shoppe One City, Jln USJ 25/1A, 47650 Subang Jaya, Selangor. We still come to you — site visits at your home are free, because the best place to plan the work and take measurements is inside the space itself.

Yes. The minimum renovation contract is RM25,000 for high-rise units and RM60,000 for landed properties.

We provide 3D visualisations of your design. We do not provide 2D drawings. The design fee is based on your property size (sqft).

Up to 3 rounds of revisions. Revision requests must be made within 7 days, and the 3D drawings must be signed and returned within 7 days.

Changes requested after the 3D drawings are signed and work has started are charged extra.

Quotations are valid for 7 days.

Pricing is based on a 10-ft ceiling height; extra height is charged. All quantities in the quotation are provisional — any additional works are issued as Variation Orders (V.O.) and need your confirmation before they proceed.

Yes, subject to the minimum contract value. Take a single service — say cabinetry or stone — or hand us the whole house. The coordination between trades is our responsibility either way.

We do. Every trade on the job is sequenced and supervised by our team, so you have one point of contact throughout.

Payment is made in three stages: 50% within 3 working days after all documents are signed and you confirm, before materials are purchased and works start; 40% at least 7 working days before materials are delivered to site and installation starts; and the final 10% on the day of completion and handover.

Yes. The booking fee is RM3,000 for condo / high-rise, RM5,000 for landed (1–2 storey) and RM8,000 for landed (3 storey). It secures your project slot and is deducted from the final 10% payment. The booking fee is non-refundable — if you cancel, it is kept as the fee for the 3D design drawings provided.

By online transfer or cash. We do not accept credit cards.

Estimated 30–90 working days, depending on scope. Work starts only after all of the following: the first payment (50%) is received, keys and access cards are collected, the renovation permit is approved, any major defects that block work are cleared, and required authority approvals are obtained.

No. The unit must be fully vacated during renovation.

Yes. We work with both quartz and sintered stone. Sintered stone offers high heat and UV resistance and large-format slabs for near-seamless islands.

We offer E1, E0 (Maxworld) and SE0 (Panel Plus) board grades, plus a foamboard carcass option.

Yes. For cabinetry you choose the board grade, door type and finish; for stone you choose quartz or sintered stone. We'll show you the options during the 3D design stage.
